I'm over 60, and received this book as a gift. Initially, I thought it would be just like so many self help books and have nothing to add. What I found, is that there are a few good gems - reminders of how kindness pays off for the giver and the receiver, that everyone wants to be accepted, that happiness isn't about status. It's not an earthshaking book for someone who already has insight into their own behavior, but it's an excellent source for remembering how important positive thinking is to living a happier life.
I related to the author many times, and think this is a book that could be beneficial for anyone who is trying to figure out how to be more satisfied with their life and relationships.
